This week, I’m styling my argyle printed dress four different ways. It has been sitting untouched in my closet for awhile, so I thought it would be fun to put together some new ideas on how to wear it.

Lightweight blouse on top
The idea here is to highlight the creamy/white parts of the dress while still keeping the outfit relatively cool (temperature wise) in the daytime.

Oversized leather jacket
I love that the length of this leather jacket allows the dress to appear hidden at times. So when you get a glimpse at the dress inside, there’s this fun pop of pattern.

Cozy comfy prep
Here it would be great to layer a vintage sweater over the dress and pull out the collar. Now you have somewhat of a brown argyle skirt. The brown sweater embroidery is accented with the brown skirt/dress, and even the small red leaf embroidery can be accented with an accessory like this red bag.
